I am on a mission to empower women, queer community, and beginners to align with their inner warrior and optimal wellbeing through the power of breath and movement.

I am specialized in breathwork, mindful fitness and nervous system regulation. By merging a diverse suite of modalities, I support you to integrate a new baseline of peak health, unmatched strength and a truly embodied lifestyle.

I was first introduced to Muay Thai at the age of 27 and immediately fell in love with not only the physical practice, but the internal journey that it took me on. Every time I trained, I not only improved my fighting skills, but also experienced a therapeutic release of emotion. This led me to explore further how the body and spirit are intertwined, and ultimately inspired me to merge the suite of modalities that profoundly changed and improved my life.
